There are several platforms used to provide counseling services via computer or smart phone technologies. During your consultation, we will determine which one works for the technology available to you. Telehealth is just as effective as in-person and offers more flexibility because you do not have to travel to an office for services.
Therapists have been formally educated and trained. We also have objectivity that friends or family often do not have because they care about you.
