Some people come to see me to explore childhood trauma. Some people come to me because their job or home life is stressful. Some come because they’re worried about stuff all the time that they know they shouldn’t be worried about, but they are anyway. Some come because their parents are getting older, they are having to be more involved in their care and the transition to parenting your parent is challenging. Some people are not happy in their relationships, some aren’t happy with themselves and some just need someone to talk to.
What all this means is, there is no wrong reason to see a therapist! I’m here for you!
